- Kosher fermentation ethanol of min 96% vol (potable grade)
- Wine distillate of 75% vol and wine ethanol of min 96% vol
- (European) Brandy from 6 months up to 6 years old
- Cachaça from Brazil
- Continuous ditillation rum of 95.8% vol from Caribbean and non-Caribbean sources
- Scotch Whisky, American Blended Whisky, Kentucky Bourbon and Canadian Whisky
We have not given specifications for the specialities, as most of these products are bought and sold on their organoleptic characteristics.
