QUALITY
Since 60-80% of flavour in matured spirits comes from the time spent maturating in cask, Ethimex Casks understand the importance of excellent cask quality. All casks are meticulously vetted in Ethimex’s regional hubs to ensure used casks are of the highest organoleptic and structural quality. Ethimex Casks also produces virgin barrels from sustainably-managed niche oak species, and other woods, for spirits maturation and finishing applications.

Ethimex Cask supplies blenders, bottlers and cask investment houses with “old and rare” Scotch whiskies in cask, as well as holding younger Scotch and maturing spirit in bond. We also supply selected rare world whiskies and a range of fine rums in barrel.
