Dear Customer, suppliers, and friends

First of all, I hope you are all well.

As I write this update on the 29th May, In London, we have been in lockdown since the March 16th. Meaning that, like many of you, we have mostly been working from home with minimal staff in the office and only when absolutely necessary.

I am pleased to report that despite the difficult circumstances that we have been able to operate at full capacity and service.

Again, we would like to thank all our staff, suppliers, customers and partners for continually working with us and supporting us.

Over the next 3 weeks, we hope to start to get back to normality with staffing and hopefully also business gets back to normal if permitted by government guideline. We will keep you all updated on this matter.

in the meantime, stay safe and take care.

Charles Edge.

Like many around the world, Covid-19 has affected the operations of businesses (both big and small), we are not exempt from this. Due to Covid-19, we are facing a number of challenges that we have not faced before, both collectively and personally.

As of writing this, we expect this current situation, i.e. limited movement, shutdowns, social distancing, etc. to continue for up to 8 weeks. There has been no official statement or policy to confirm this, this is the Ethimex Ltd view on the situation.

In that context, we are doing our best to operate as ‘normally’ as we can, with the majority of our staff working from home and a very limited number of key staff members in the office.

For this reason, we ask that ALL communications are either emailed to info@ethimex.com or emailed directly to the member of our team responsible for your country or region. This information can be found on our contact page. You can also get in touch with us via the contact form on our website.

During this time we will be updating our website and LinkedIn as needed and using both platforms as our main communication tool to keep our customers, partners, and suppliers aware of what we are doing, as well as of any changes to company policy and other matters.

Again, we thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

Take care and best wishes.

Charles Edge,

CEO
