Suppliers Management Process

• The centralisation of the procurement process translate into commercial advantages, improvement in quality of purchased goods and services.
• Whenever possible, only providers registered in our Approved Suppliers List shall be used. Some suppliers will not go through the vetting process either because they are not operationally critical, or because we will only use them once or twice. This decision is taken by our quality team.
• Potential new suppliers are appraised from a product, service and commercial point of view, and from a quality compliance angle.
• Suppliers are periodically appraised on the performance and the Approved Suppliers List updated accordingly.
